Built in 1901 for the Archer Cowley furniture warehouse. The facades are a mixture of soft red bricks and Bathstone. All elevations were cleaned using the Torc system. Defective stone and bricks were replaced or repaired. The middle three gables were rebuilt with new brick and copings. The Front elevation was 100% repointed and shop signage repainted, restoring this Victorian building to its former glory.
